Erin Kennedy has led a variety of construction management
projects in her tenure and oversees operations for the firm. She has
specialized in the education and institutional part of the company's
practice and has managed three LEED projects including one certified,
one silver and one project that is tracking gold certification.
Erin is well respected by architects, engineers and contractors and is
very technically inclined due to a mechanical and electrical
engineering background. In addition to Erin's field
responsibilities, she directs the asset management services. Erin
Kennedy earned a Bachelor's degree in urban studies from Loyola
Marymount University. Erin is also a LEED accredited professional.
