With over 28 years experience in land development and homebuilding operations, Mr. Evans heads up T.C. Collins' residential projects through its affiliate Evans-Collins Community Builders. His multi-state experience includes the acquisition and development of 30,000 lots, the financial management over the construction of 20,000 homes and the development of 20 master planned communities as well as, the placement of over $200 million in land development and construction financing.

In recent years considerable time has been devoted to: forward planning, environmental assessment, entitlement processing, subdivision mapping, homeowner association formations and CC& R's, jurisdictional permits and the negotiation and contracting of land acquisition and disposition of master planned communities in California, Washington, and Utah. John E. Evans has worked with TCCA since 1991. He graduated from San Diego State University (San Diego, California) with a B.S. in accounting and a minor in real estate.
