T.C. Collins & Associates is a family-owned commercial real estate firm founded in Newport Beach in 1987. Four decades in, we are still principal-led, still headquartered where we started, and still working with owners who intend to hold their properties for a very long time.

Timothy C. Collins
Founder & CEOTim founded T.C. Collins & Associates in Newport Beach in 1987 and has led the firm ever since. His practice spans every service the firm offers — property management, asset management, advisory, development consulting, and specialty facility management — with particular depth in industrial and refrigerated cold storage across Orange County and Los Angeles. Named projects under his direct principal role include the Catalina Island Conservancy Trailhead, Lido Village Redevelopment, and Big Canyon Country Club.

Erin Kennedy
Managing Director, Asset & Property ManagementErin leads the firm's asset and property management practice across the Southern California portfolio, with a particular focus on refrigerated and cold storage assets and long-hold family-office portfolios. Erin's practice covers the Guardian Life Insurance refrigerated portfolio (a decade of asset management culminating in a successful exit), the LNN and WSSP food-manufacturing sites in Vernon, and multiple long-standing industrial owners in Orange County.

Property ManagerLisa runs day-to-day property management across a book of industrial, business park, and refrigerated sites. Her work is the reason our tenants stay for decades — she is the person answering the tenant's call, walking the site, and closing out the work order before the property owner ever hears about it.
